COMMERCIAL PILOT LICENCE (CPL)

Develop professional pilot competencies required for commercial operations, with emphasis on procedural discipline, consistency, judgement under workload, and standards-based performance.

Training Content & Hours
- Ground Training : 136.5 hours
- Simulator Training : 24 hours (Redbird FMX)
- Flight Training : 99 flying hours (Cessna C172)

Provide foundational flight training to develop core airmanship, aircraft handling, VFR navigation, communications, and safe decision-making—progressing from ab initio instruction through supervised solo.
Pathway to a Professional Pilot Career
Upon completion, you’ll be ready to progress to Commercial Pilot License (CPL) or Instrument Rating (IR) program.
Entry Requirements
- Hold a valid PPL
- Medical: Class 1 medical examination
Privileges
- Act as pilot-in-command in aircraft engaged in operations other than commercial air transport
- Act as pilot-in-command in commercial air transport in aircraft certificated for single-pilot operation
- Act as co-pilot in commercial air transport in aircraft required to be operated with a co-pilot
